中外合作办学引进优质资源的思考及对策

摘    要:引进优质教育资源,是我国开展中外合作办学的核心目的。然而,二十多年的实践表明,该决策目标并没有如期达到,究其原因存在着诸多的制约因素。应进一步明确中外办学的盈利性特点,允许国外名牌大学在中国设立分校,建立良好的资格认证和质量认证制度,实质性引进国外优质教育资源以及增加教育投入等。

Abstract:The introduction of high quality educational resources is the kernel purpose in Sino-foreign joint education programs in China.Twenty-odd years' practice,however,indicates that the strategic objective has not been obtained as expected;investigations show that there are many inhibiting factors.This paper probes into the factors which may restrict the introduction of high quality educational resources in this respect and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on the off chance of giving a better guidance to practice.Among the solutions are branch campuses in China of prestigious universities,authentication of qualifications and quality,and investment in education.
