摘    要:企业文化结构可分为基础部分、主体部分和外在部分,把这三大部分所包含各要素在实践过程中的实施情况,作为企业文化建设的影响因素,用二级模糊综合评判方法对其分析,得出企业文化建设效果的一个评价方法。

Abstract:The structure of corporate culture can be divided into three parts as basic part, principle part and external part, and each part comprises some certain elements. The paper considers the performance of those elements in practice as the influencing factors to enterprise cultural construction, and analyzes it with the method of two-step comprehensive fuzzy evaluation, eliciting an appraisal measure for the evaluation of enterprise cultural fostering.
