| Abstract: | The structure of corporate culture can be divided into three parts as basic part, principle part and external part, and each part comprises some certain elements. The paper considers the performance of those elements in practice as the influencing factors to enterprise cultural construction, and analyzes it with the method of two-step comprehensive fuzzy evaluation, eliciting an appraisal measure for the evaluation of enterprise cultural fostering. |
