| Abstract: | Scientific concept of development plays a very important role in constructing a socialist harmonious society. In constructing a socialist harmonious society, we should take putting the people first as the basic starting point, adherence to development as the basic foundation, coordinate development in an all-round way as the basic principle and sustainable development as the basic goal. |
