| 摘 要： | 校企合作是实施以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的根本所在,是推进课程改革的重要前提,是探索人才培养模式的有效途径,是＂双师型＂教师队伍建设的有效举措,是解决企业人力资源的有效手段。校企合作,工学结合成为高职院校又快又好发展和真正实现人才培养目标的必由之路。文章从高职院校和企业单位思想认识、合作效果不理想、实施过程中政策的协调和支持、高职院校实践教学管理体系及师资力量等方面存在问题,提出几点建议,以期对高职院校校企合作方面工作的研究有所帮助和启发。

| Abstract: | The school-enterprise cooperation aims at service and employment,it is an important premise to promote the curriculum reform,effective way to explore talent training mode,effective measure to construct ＂the double type teachers＂,as well as an effective means to solve the enterprise human resources.School-enterprise cooperation,combination of work and study is important for higher vocational colleges to develop faster and better and realize the goal of cultivating talents.The article puts forward suggestions for the school-enterprise cooperation through analyzing the problems,such as ideological understanding,cooperation effect,the implementation and support of the policy,practice teaching in higher vocational colleges and teachers aspect. |
