| 摘 要： | 宪政是一个开放的价值体系和制度体系,它承认人的多样性和社会的多元化,主张兼容并蓄。而宽容作为一种高尚的人文精神,它凝结着人类祖先世代相继的生活知识和政治艺术,它经过历史的蒸馏而沉淀于宪政中的共同内在精神。宽容存在一个从宗教宽容到宪政宽容的发展历程,美国的制宪运动使得宗教宽容精神上升到宪政层面,宪政蕴涵着宽容精神,当今社会应构建体现宽容精神的中国宪政。
