| 摘 要： | 语言因各种社会因素和地理因素而产生变异。语言变异就产生了语言的社会变体和地理变体。方言是语言的地域变体。和语言一样,不同的方言会造成语言交际障碍。语言规划是国家或政府的一项重要职能。全国推广普通话是中国政府当前语言规划的重要内容和重要任务。方言电视、电影体现的是文艺的百花齐放,但同时也是一把双刃剑。
