摘    要:游泳可以有效的促进人体的循环、呼吸和消化系统的机能,而且可以培养人体的协调能力,进行游泳教学不仅能有效的发展学生的身体素质,还能培养人体的美感。通过对高校女生游泳课产生心理畏惧的原因的分析,提出解决的办法,力图使高校的女生能更好的掌握游泳这种既健身又可娱乐的运动项目。

Abstract:Swimming can effectively promote the human body's circulatory,and stimulates respiratory and digestive functions and train the body's coordination.Swimming teaching is not only effective way in the developing physical fitness of students,but also fostering the sense of beauty of human body.With the analysis of psychological causes of fearness for the swimming,the paper put forward some solutions to make girl students better grasp of the swimming skills.
