| 摘 要： | 低碳经济是经济发展方式、能源消费方式,是人类生活方式的一次新变革,它将全方位地改造建立在化石燃料（能源）基础之上的现代工业文明。事实上,低碳经济不仅是对现有能源消费模式、经济发展及人类生活方式的全新变革,而且内含生态文明和伦理价值指向。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is the way of economic development,an energy consumption pattern and a new life style.It will change the modern industrial civilization based on fossil fuels.In fact,low-carbon economy is not only the an energy consumption patterns,it is also an economic development model and a way of life.And the connotation of low-carbon economy includes ecological civilization,the ethical and cultural values. |
