| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技、经济文化的发展和法制建设的不断完善,人们不仅对正常自然人的法律保护意识不断加强,对特殊自然人的法律保护越来越受法律界人士的关注。通过对特殊自然人进行种类的划分,将特殊自然人的民事主体地位问题及民事行为能力问题的定位及归属进行分析,并浅述定位及归属的理由。
