| 摘 要： | 法律素质是大学生综合素质体系的重要组成部分。理工科大学生的法律素质教育具有学生观念更淡薄、教学难度更大、现实意义更深远等特殊性。目前,＂基础＂课作为对理工科大学生进行课堂法制教育的＂支柱＂性课程,其教学实效性堪忧。要提高＂基础＂课教学实效性以培养理工科大学生法律素质,一是要改变传统观念,充分认识理工科大学生法律素质教育的重要性;二是要加大师资配套,切实夯实理工科大学生法律素质教育的师资硬件;三是要改进＂基础＂课教学方法,确立科学的理工科大学生法律素质教育内容体系;四是要改革＂基础＂课考核方式,建立公平、公开、公正的成绩考核机制。
