| 摘 要： | 近年来普通本科院校大学生就业难成了一个突出的社会问题。大学生自身存在的职业道德欠缺,是造成大学生就业难的一个内在原因。高校应充分认识职业道德教育的重要性,积极探索开展职业道德教育的有效途径,加强对普通本科院校大学生的职业道德教育,以提高大学生的职业道德素质。

| Abstract: | The difficulty of employment for the university graduated students has become a prominent social problem in recent years.Colleges and universities should be fully aware of the importance of professional ethics,which is considered one of the internal cause for the difficulty of employment.So,it is imperative to strengthen the professional ethics education for the undergraduate college students and to enhance the quality of students of professional ethics. |
