生态学视角下美术教师成长探析

摘    要:美术教师成长问题是美术教育改革中的热点问题,影响美术教师成长的因素是错综复杂的,生态学理论为研究美术教师成长提供了新的视角。利用生态学理论优化美术教师成长的策略有:边缘效应——增强职业认同感,突破学科限制因子;花盆效应——探索专业发展途径,拓宽成长生态幅;限制因子法则——确保美术教师成长的支持性因素。
