| 摘 要： | 目前,我国对太阳能的利用方式主要以太阳能热水器的使用为主,它的利用水平和效率的高低直接关系到我国节约型社会的建设。我国在太阳能热水器的安装使用中仍存在很多法律问题,试从当前存在的问题出发,提出推进太阳能与建筑一体化的发展政策,保障用户利用太阳能的民事权利,规范太阳能热水器质量标准和管理的法律对策。

| Abstract: | Solar energy is inexhaustible and clean energy,it is one of the most promising energy sources in the 21st century.At present,the main mode of use of solar energy is the solar heaters.There are still many legal problems in the installation of solar water heaters.This paper tries to analyzes those problems and proposed some suggestions on the policy of integrating the solar energy with the buildings,on the protection of the users 's civil rights to use solar energy and the regulations for the solar water heat... |
