| Abstract: | Starting with the discussion on the differences and relationship between "Bucket Theory" and "Alloy Theory",the author reveals the relationship between sports quality and sports ability with theory of system. Form and structure,spatial structure,structure of concrete contents of sports ability are further analyzed in order to offer theoretical references for sports training. |
