| Abstract: | It has become an concerning issue that normal college students of physical education specialty how to adopt to the future teaching of physical education and what quality and ability should they have. This article, through interviewing middle school PE teachers, does investigation and study, understands sports teaching practice and the basic qualities and basic skills teachers should have, and does a comprehensive analysis of the students of physical education speciality in universities should have comprehensive quality and its status quo. To make the students in teaching practice, teachers should possess the basic quality and ability and lay a foundation for the work in the sports teaching. |
