| 摘 要： | 水是重要资源,环保至关重要。通过分析天津市水资源及水污染防治工作的现状,对天津市水资源短缺的严重程度和水污染防治工作存在的差距有了更明确的认识。结合贯彻落实《天津市水污染防治工作管理办法》对天津市水污染防治工作的发展,提出一些具体意见和对策。
