| 摘 要： | 目前，既懂外语又有专业知识的复合型人才成了时代发展的需要。大学公共英语教师在英语教育改革的大潮中，要关注基础英语教学改革、大学英语改革、日趋热点的双语教学，并针对这些形势，改变旧的观念，更重要的是拓展自身的知识结构。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society, the compound talents who not only specialize in one field but also grasp English are in urgent need. To meet the demand, nation-wide English reforms are proceeding. Therefore, college teachers of English should keep abreast of the times. They should pay more attention to the college English reform, along with the basic English education reform and the development of bilingual teaching which is a new trend at present. According to the current situation, college teachers of English should outdate their ideas firstly and then enlarge and deepen their knowledge to keep up with the social development. |
