| 摘 要： | 增大击球力量又不使球出界是一个两难的问题,也是提高网球技术水平的关键所在.在挥拍方向（力的方向）和拍形（力的作用点）的基础上加大球的旋转强度,无疑有助于这一个问题的解决.在讨论击球时拍对球仍有时空存在的基础上,认同了球拍对球有包卷作用.实践也证明,包卷动作有利于网球加力控制能力的提高.

| Abstract: | It is difficult to solve the problem of reinforcing the strength in drive and simultaneously keeping controlling the tennis within the set borderline,which is also the key to improving the level of tennis skills.Undoubtedly,accelerating of the swirl of the tennis can contribute to the solution to the problem on the basis of the direction in which the racket is flung(the direction of strenght)and the posture of the racket.Identify with a effect that is the racket can enclose the tennis ball in discussion by one base that is racket versus tennis ball have time and space still when bating.It have been proved though the practice as much,the action of enclose makes for pushing up the control tennis ball ability by increase potency. |
