| 摘 要： | 承诺升级现象在企业决策中时有发生，严重地影响了企业的文化建设和核心竞争力培育。为了寻找“承诺升级”的解释变量，本文引入决策者“自尊水平”和“沉没成本水平”进行检验，进行情景模拟实验，运用列联表的分析技术进行统计检验，结果发现在面临相同的沉没成本水平下，高自尊的决策者更容易做出承诺升级的行为；在低自尊水平下，面临低的沉没成本的决策者会做出更多的承诺升级，而在高自尊水平下，面临高的沉没成本的决策者会做出更高的承诺升级。
