| 摘 要： | 污染源在线监测监控系统,以GIS地理环境信息系统为基础,通过建设污染源在线监测网络、环境地理信息系统、视频在线监控系统、环境质量监控及数据处理系统、污染事故应急报警系统、数据传输管理系统,并将各系统数据库有机结合,形成统一的环境数据共享中心,实现了环境信息的动态更新和查询统计.系统主要功能模块有:污染源基本信息、企业点定位、数据采集、污染源数据分析、实时数据分析、设备状态查询、报警查询、日数据查询、数据汇总、报表输出、系统管理程序等.采集和交换数据库系统包括:中心数据库、实时数据库和数据采集仪三个层次.并以某纺织印染有限公司2006年10月至11月污水日排放量分析图,验证了系统的可行性及其社会效益和经济效益.
