生产线员工工作压力源问卷的编制

摘    要:在访谈和开放式问卷的基础上,初步编制了38个压力源项目。确定了生产线员工工作压力源问卷的5因素结构,即工作中的人际关系、工作要求与条件、职业发展、工作时间与强度、组织结构与氛围。5个维度累积解释总方差的53.38%,Spearman-Brown折半信度值为0.806,问卷信效度达到心理测量学指标要求。

Abstract:Based on interviews and an open questionnaire,a preliminary questionnaire including 38 items was developed.5 main factors were identified-work requirements and conditions,career development,work time and intensity,organizational structure and atmosphere.5 facts could account for 53.38% of the whole variance.Spearman-Brown split-half reliability is 0.806,and the questionnaire’s reliability and validity is good.
