| 摘 要： | 随着亚洲经济的整体性崛起，奥巴马政府上台以来，美国全球战略重心开始东移，即所谓的“重返亚洲”．从2009年7月美国国务卿希拉里·克林顿在东盟地区论坛上高调喊出美国要“重返亚洲”以来，美国从外交、经济和军事等方面做出了全面部署，出台了一系列新政策和新做法，实施“重返亚洲”战略，其目的在于确立美国在亚洲的主导地位，遏制中国的崛起。美国全球战略的调整必将对世界政治产生深远的影响。

| Abstract: | With overall rise of Asian economies,the focus of U.S.global strategy began moving east since the Obama administration took office,which is the so-called "returning to Asia" strategy.Since Hillary Clinton,U.S.Secretary of State,called for the United States to "return to Asia" on ASEAN Regional Forum in July 2009,U.S.has made a comprehensive plan and issued a series of new policies from diplomatic,economic and military aspects to implement the strategy of "returning to Asia",which aimed at establishing U.S.dominance in Asia and contain China’s rise.Adjustment of U.S.global strategy is bound to have a profound impact on world politics. |
