| 摘 要： | 校本培训是迅速而又便捷地提高农村教师水平,提升农村教育质量的重要途径。农村中小学教师校本培训必须针对农村学校的特点进行规划和设计,应当坚持以教师为本,创造性地组织各种活动。只要这样,才能将农村中小学教师校本培训的目标真正落到实处。
