| 摘 要： | 高知识群体对师德楷模徐特立的认知现状如何？笔者采取随机抽样的方式对湖南某高校的教职工进行问卷调查，并采用SPSS18．0进行统计分析。调查发现，高知识群体对师德楷模徐特立有所了解，但不够全面具体。为加强新时期师德建设，建议教育系统应加大宣传力度，积极引导高知识群体向师德楷模徐特立学习，使师风、师德的创先争优活动落到实处。

| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to investigate the cognitive statues about the moral model Xu Teli among the intellectual group. This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey among the staff of a university in Hu- nan by random sampling and analyzes the outcome by SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software. The investigation shows that the intellectual group has got some idea about Xu Teli, but not too much. To strengthen the construction of teachers＇ virtues in the new period, the education system should intensify the publicity of learning from the moral models Xu Teli. |
