| 摘 要： | 心理健康是大学生有效学习和工作的必要条件，培养具备良好心理素质、促进大学生健康全面发展是高校教育教学工作的重要目标。当前，我国高校大学生心理健康教育工作正处在一个重要的发展时期，通过对我国目前高校在大学生心理健康工作中存在的问题进行剖析，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The mental health is essential for effective learning and working for college students. Cultivating good psychological quality and promoting comprehensive development of students ＇ health is the important goal of teaching in higher education. At present, the work of psychological health education of college students in China is in an im- portant period of development. Only by summarizing past experiences and reflecting on the existed deficiencies can the mental health work in colleges and universities be pushed to a new level. This paper is to make an analysis of col- lege students ＇ psychological health and offers several recommendations on it. |
