应用英语专业学生使用元认知策略的调查与分析

摘    要:对湖南某高校41名应用英语专业学生在英语学习中使用元认知策略的问卷调查与抽样访谈表明:学生在元认知学习策略方面存在应用性缺陷问题,这主要表现为学生对学习的自我计划、自我监控和自我评价等方面的策略运用能力较弱。教师在教学过程中要有意识地引进和使用相应的元认知策略知识,不断强化学生的元认知意识。

Abstract:A survey has been conducted on applying meta-cognitive strategies in their English study with 41 Eng- hsh majors from Hunan First Normal College through questionnaire and sample interviews. Research results indicate that students have difficulty in applying meta-cognitive strategies into their studies, which are mainly shown in three aspects: self-planning, self monitoring and self-evaluating. Hence, four suggestions are put forward.
