| 摘 要： | 建构与社会主义经济相适应的教师职业伦理精神,是教育事业发展的客观要求。适应社会主义市场经济发展的教师职业伦理精神主要有：仁爱精神与责任精神之融合、功利精神与奉献精神之统一、求实精神与创新精神之合一及竞争精神与合作精神之结合。教师职业伦理精神,是当代中国教育伦理精神的集中表现,是社会主义道德规范在教育领域中的贯彻落实和具体应用。新型的教师职业伦理精神对提高教师职业精神境界和促进教育事业发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Building teachers＇ professional ethics in accordance with socialist market economy is the need of education development. Teachers＇ professional ethics in market economy society include the combination of charity and responsibility,the unity of interests and dedication,realistic spirit and creativity,competition and collaboration. Teachers＇ professional ethics symbolize the current Chinese education ethics. They are the implementation and practical application of the socialist morality norms in the field of education. Teachers＇ professional ethics play important roles in improving teachers＇ professional spirit and the field of education as a whole. |
