| Abstract: | Professor Qian Baocong worked on mathematics education and science history for years. He was a pioneer of education and well - known researcher in science history. During the 9 years of Zhejiang University＇ s teaching in the west, professor Qian applied appropriate teaching methodologies and formed his own unique teaching style, which had a positive impact on the mathematics education of Zhejiang University. Professor Qian pursued study and achieved a great number of achievements in the field of sci ence history. Consequently, professor Qian won the respect of British scholar Mr. Joseph Needham. |
