| 摘 要： | 良好的金融生态是推进新农村建设的重要保障。目前,河南省的县域金融生态总体上还比较脆弱,主要表现在以下五个方面:一是县域金融生态主体缺位明显;二是县域金融服务缺失现象突出;三是县域金融生态环境不佳;四是金融监管机制不完善;五是国有商业银行县级分支机构自我调节机制失灵。为优化县域金融生态以推进我省的新农村建设,需要从健全县域金融生态主体、切实改善县域金融生态环境、构建县域金融生态调节的长效机制等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Good financial ecosystem is an important guarantee for promoting the construction of new rural areas.Currently,the county financial ecosystem in Henan province is fragile in overall,which is represented mainly in the following five aspects: firstly,financial institutions are deficient;secondly,financial services are insufficient;thirdly,financial ecological environment are imperfect;Fourth,the financial regulatory regime is imperfect;fifth,self-regulating mechanism of county-level branches of the state-owned commercial banks is a failure.To promote the construction of new rural areas in Henan province,the body of county financial ecosystem should be sounded,the county financial environment should be improved,the long-term regulatory mechanism of county financial ecosystem should be constructed and other effective measures should be taken to optimize the county financial ecosystem. |
