| 摘 要： | 从高中步入大学,无论是学习环境、生活环境、人际环境还是心理环境都发生了很大变化,由此引发大学新生适应方面的诸多问题。大学新生适应不良产生的心理原因包括学生对大学生活的认知失调、自我评价偏差及心理的成熟与不成熟并存等。采取系统的专业教育与学习指导、多种形式的校园文化活动、心理健康教育等对策可以培养和提高大学新生的适应能力。

| Abstract: | The freshmen have encountered various changes since they entered the colleges.The studying environment,living conditions and interpersonal relationships are all different from that in the senior high schools.Therefore,problems have arisen.The psychological reasons of the college freshmen's maladjustments lie in their recognition maladjustment,self-evaluation deviation and the eoexistence of psychological maturity and immaturity.Such measures as systematic major education and studty guide,various campus culfure activities and education of mental health are taken to cultivate and improve the students'adaptability. |
