| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的条件下,国际竞争的实质是各国产业技术创新能力的竞争,产业的自主创新能力日益成为决定国家竞争力的关键性因素。长期以来,中国产业薄弱的自主创新能力,使产业的国际竞争力受到根本性的削弱,增强产业的自主创新能力成为中国经济未来发展面临的根本性问题。而加快提升产业的自主创新能力从来都不是从零开始,模仿创新是现实起点。为了实现内生性的技术突破,在模仿创新的过程中,企业必须重视技术能力的积累和技术协作网络的建设。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of economic globalization,the essence of international competitiveness is competition of technological innovation capability of industry among different countries,and self-initiated innovation capability of industry has been becoming a key element in determining a nation's competitiveness.The weak capability of self-initiated innovation of Chinese industry has seriously reduced Chinese industry's competitiveness so that increasing capability of self-initiated innovation of Chinese industry has become a fundamental task faced by the future development of Chinese economy.For making an endogenous technological breakthrough the Chinese firms must pay a great attention to accumulate technological innovation capability and to construct technological cooperation in the process of imitating innovation. |
