| 摘 要： | 基础教育是教育事业的奠基工程,是提高民族素质的基石。地方师范院校是为地方基础教育培养师资的摇篮,与地方基础教育有着千丝万缕的联系,面对农村基础教育的落后现状,地方高师院校不能袖手旁观,要利用现有的各种资源优势为农村基础教育全方位地服务,保证农村中小学教育的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Basic education is the cornerstone of education project, the cornerstone is to improve the quality of the nation. Local Teachers Colleges is the cradle to train teachers for local Elementary Education and Inextricably linked with the local Basic Education. Faced with the backward situation of Basic Education in rural areas, the local Teachers Colleges should make full use of all kinds of their resources available to provide services for the Basic Education in rural areas to ensure the smooth progress of the Rural Primary and Secondary Education. |
