| 摘 要： | 阐述了护理管理者在系统化整体护理改革中角色转变的必要性，分析了影响护理管理者角色转变的因素，从选拔考核、组织学习、培养辅导等方面论述了如何促进角色的转变，以推动系统化整体护理的实施，并论述了系统化整体护理要求护理管理者以人为本，以护理程序为工作方法；要求护理管理者具有广博的知识和较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

| Abstract: | This article elaborates the necessity of changing the role of nursing administrators in the systematic overall nursing. It also analyses the factors that influence the change of the role of nursing administrators and expouds how to promote their roles in several aspects such as:how to choose and examine the nursing administrators;how to organize them to study;how to train and coach them so as to push forward the systematic overall nursing. It expouds that the systematic nursing demands the nursing administrators to lay their focus on people and to use the nursing procedure as their method of work and to be erudite and good at analyzing and solving difficult problems. |
