| Abstract: | Among the various work of a library, the resource construction is always given great attention to both readers and the library staff. The paper researched on the influence of journal development on the journal resources construction of the subprovincial public libraries in northeast China, namely, Changchun Library, Harbin Library, Shenyang Library and Dalian Library and then discussed the mutual construction and sharing of Chinese journals among the libraries. |
