| 摘 要： | 高校德育是整体性、系统性工程。构建和强化高校德育工程,必须全面贯彻落实中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的精神,牢固树立以人为本、德育为先、全方位育人的观念,着力在“两课”教学、校园文化、网络宣传教育等方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | The university moral education is the overall and systematic project.Constructs and strengthens the project of universities moral education,we must comprehensively carries out the spirit of the Central Committee of the CCP and the State Council for "the Opinion of Further Strengthening and Improving on Thoughts Politics Education of University Students ",reliably sets up the idea of people-oriented,the moral education first,and educates people,puts the strength on "two curriculums" teaching,campus culture teaching and network teaching. |
