| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高校图书馆大学生就业能力培养服务模式的研究现状，指出了其角色定位尚处的探索阶段，提出需加大图书馆服务模式的研究力度，加快图书馆服务模式的创新，充分发挥高校图书馆的教育与服务功能，为高校大学生就业提供优质服务，拓展其固有的优势和潜力。参考文献7。
