| 摘 要： | 创新高校学习型党组织建设，需要深刻认识高校学习型党组织建设创新的内涵和意义。积极探索创建学习型党组织的新方式、新途径，不断创新学习型党组织的建设的学习形态、工作制度、长效机制，着重于思想观念、学习方式、学习载体，学习制度、考评制度，以及激励、监督、保障机制建设，改进和提高高校学习型党组织建设，实现又好又快发展。
