| 摘 要： | 非均衡的区域经济增长战略，就是借鉴西方经济学中区域经济增长理论的成果，顺应社会发展的客观要求，充分发挥新疆不同地区资源优势和经济要素优势，以地区分工为基础，以经济较发达的大城市为中心，沿着第二条亚欧大陆桥为轴线，通过经济幅射和经济吸引，带动周围城市和农村，从而形成统一的生产流通网络，推动新疆经济的全面发展。

| Abstract: | By using the achievements of the regional economic growth theory in Western Economics for reference, and by complying with the objective requirements of social development, give full play to the advantages of natural resources and economic factors in different regions of Xinjiang, serve regional division of labour as the basis and economically more developed big cities as the center, and the second Asia-Europe Continental Bridge as the axis, bring along the surrounding cities and villages by economic radiation and attraction, thus shape up an integrated net of production circulation, and give an impetus to the fully development of Xinjiang's economy. |
