| 摘 要： | 章从道德视角，对中国高校思想教育工作，由于缺乏伦理关怀而面临的困境进行了梳理，意在强调高校思想教育工作要加强道德管理，强化人性管理意识，最大限度调动受教育的精神积极性，把高校学生思想教育问题放在化的背景下去做宏观的考察和整体的把握，对“高校思想教育工作”在全球化、化多元化、教育国际化的现实背景下予以高智慧的领悟，是高等学校思想教育工作创新的发展方向。

| Abstract: | From the moral perspective, this paper analyses systematically the dilemma of the ideological education of present Chinese colleges and universities because of the lack in ethical care for students. It emphasizes that the ideological education work of colleges and universities should strengthen the moral management, focus on the awareness of the humanity administration, and stimulate the activeness of the educated on a large scale. And the macro-inspection and holistic-understanding of this work should be done under the cultural background. It also points out that the orientation of the innovative development of the Ideological education work is that the ideological education work of colleges and universities should go on the basis of national culture and globalization, the culture of pluralization and the education of internationalization. |
