摘    要:教学制度因教学活动而存在,教学活动的进行需要教学制度的保障。教学制度的规范性、公共性、稳定性和现实性与教学活动的创新性、个体性、动态性和可能性相互规定,相反相成。只有在以人的发展为旨归的教学终极关怀中不断走向辩证统一,才能倡导教学民主,保障教学自由,涵养教学情怀,塑造教学生活,促进教学发展。
