| 摘 要： | 海洋与气象预报节目具有广泛社会意义和群众基础,也形成了该类型节目无可替代的必视性特点。然而令人遗憾的是,决定海洋与气象预报节目传播效果和传播影响力的主持人,却因相对边缘化的工作定位,可持续发展计划缺失、海洋与气象专业知识匮乏、个人上升空间局限等造成职业瓶颈难以突破。夹缝中的职业状态不可避免的出现了主持人频繁离职情况。

| Abstract: | The ocean and weather forecasting program formed it a trait of irreplaceable and must - see. However, has wide social significance and mass basis, and it is a pity the TV presenters who can decide the communication effects and influence are confronted with the career bottleneck which due to a marginalized job orientation, lack of sustainable development plan, short of professional knowledge, and restricted of personal promotion etc. Finally, this career status causes a inevitable result of frequent demission. |
