| 摘 要： | 当前我国确立的"以县为主"的农村义务教育管理体制,从教育发展的实效看,胜于"以乡镇为主"的体制,但农村教师队伍的专业管理和建设仍面临诸多困难.本文通过考察研究,发现"中心校"、"学区制"、"伙伴校"三种管理模式有一定的借鉴意义,可以为农村教师专业管理理念的更新与实际推进提供一些有益的思路.
