| 摘 要： | 高校志愿者服务在构建和谐社会、改革思政教育、推进大学生就业等方面发挥着积极的作用。根据对10所安徽省高校的问卷调查,发现在大学生志愿服务的过程中还存在志愿者培训欠缺、组织自主性不强、服务领域单一、社会支持系统不完善等一系列问题。针对这些问题,我们应当从营造良好的志愿服务环境、建立健全高校志愿服务的管理协调机制、不断开拓志愿服务新领域等方面采取有针对性的对策。
