| 摘 要： | 张载是北宋卓越的唯物主义思想家和教育家。他主张注重教育的“教养”作用,认为教育的目的在“立人之性”;他重视道德教育,反对“生而知之”;提倡因材施教,重视“力行”、“立志”、‘‘能勉”：倡导良好师德风范。对于他的教师道德思想,应予以重视和研究。

| Abstract: | ZHANG Zai is an excellent materialistic thinker and educationist in North Song Dynasty.He emphasized the "cultivation" in education,with the educational purpose of "training man's nature".He paid attention to moral education and against "natural born personality",so he proposed to teach according person,stressing "modal behavior","aspiring" and "encouraging".He stressed the importance of teacher's morality,so it is quite important to study his theory. |
