| 摘 要： | 近几年我国商业银行的中间业务取得了一定的发展,尤其是沿海地区和经济较为发达的大中城市.尽管我国商业银行的中间业务已经有了一定的发展,但随着我国加入 WTO,国有商业银行所面临经济和金融的挑战愈趋严峻.在与国外商业银行的竞争中,逐步暴露出很多问题,成为制约我国商业银行中间业务发展的因素.因此,面对外资银行的挑战,国内银行只有从战略的高度出发,加快与国际接轨的步伐,大力发展中间业务,增强综合竞争实力,才能在未来的国际国内竞争中立于不败之地.

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up, accelerate with financial paces of reform, silver securities, insurance contact intimately each other, permeate and strategic alliance forming of partner each other, pursue customer resource-sharing, obtain most heavy to it makes profits to be final purpose of everybody, this has achieved the enormous development space for intermediate business of commercial bank. In fact, the intermediate business of the commercial bank of our country has already got certain development in recent years, especially coastally and large and medium cities where economy is comparatively developed, though the intermediate business of the commercial bank of our country has already got certain development, but as our country joins WTO, the economic and financial challenge that the state-run commercial bank faces trends towards sternness ; Exposing a lot of questions progressively when fight at close quarters with the foreign commercial bank, become the factor of restricting intermediate business development of commercial bank of our country. So, in the face of the challenge of the bank of the foreign capitals, the domestic bank only proceeds from height of strategy and quickens the steps of inning line with international standards, develop the intermediate business in a more cost-effective manner, strengthen the comprehensive competition strength, could establish in an unassailable position in the international domestic competition in the future . |
