| 摘 要： | 在定性分析虚拟企业知识转移对企业自主创新能力影响作用的基础上，构建虚拟企业知识转移提升企业创新能力的效用概念模型，借助结构方程模型与统计软件进行实证研究。结果表明：虚拟企业知识联盟对企业提升知识创新与技术创新绩效有较大的促进作用，但对成员企业的管理创新绩效效用不大。同时，提出在虚拟企业知识转移过程中提高成员企业自主创新能力的对策与建议。
