摘    要:以人为本管理已成为管理的有效手段。高职教育与传统的高等教育面对的培养对象不同,教学方法要相应改变。现代管理推崇"以人为本"的管理理念,提倡重视人、关心人、尊重人,其关键是组织成员的全员参与管理过程。教师是信息的发布者,学生是信息的接收者,因此教学过程也可以说是一个管理过程。现代管理理论同样也可以指导教学实践,这就是教学中的"沟通"与"情感投入"。

Abstract:Humanism became effecive means in management. Since the objects of cultivation that the junior college education and the conventional higher education faces are different , the teaching methods should change correspondingly . The modern management has esteem for the idea of "Humanism" ,which advocates valuing people , caring for people and respecting people . The key to the question lies in that all members of the organization should participate in the process of management . Teachers are the senders of the messages , and students are the receivers of the messages . Therefore , the process of education can also be called a process of management . At the same time , the theory of modern management can direct teaching practice too . And this is "the communication" and "the emotional devotion" in education
