| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我们工作的重要方法，面对新的形势，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育成为高等学校教育教学的重大课题。新情况、新观念、新问题的出现，价值观念、社会活动方式、生活方式发生了新变化，大学生思想政治教育面临进一步加强和改进，挑战与机遇并存。必须要转变观念，构建齐抓共管的思想政治教育新格局，加强队伍建设，真正做到教育育人、管理育人、服务育人，建立并健全思想政治教育的工作机制。

| Abstract: | The political work is the important method in our work, facing the new tendency, great subject of strengthening and improving university student's ideological and political education becomes the great subject in high school education. The appearances of new thing , new idea , and new problem; The new change has taken place in the values , social activities , life style; University students face further strengthening and improving ideological and political education; Face the coexistence of challenge and opportunity. The students must change the idea ; structure the new pattern of ideological and political education ; strengthen the building of contingent ; make sure that education educates people ; management educates people , service educates people, setting up and perfect the working mechanism of ideological and political education. |
