| 摘 要： | 科学发展观作为与时俱进的马克思主义，为中国特色社会主义理论的丰富和发展增添了新的内容，做出了新的贡献。它进一步深化了发展在中国特色社会主义建设中的重要地位的认识，科学回答了处在新的历史起点上的中国特色社会主义发展的根本目的和依靠力量，深化了对中国特色社会主义建设道路、发展模式和发展总体布局的认识。
