中国职业健身健美操指导员管理模式研究

摘    要:为了使中国职业健身健美操指导员的发展尽快适应社会市场经济发展的需要,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和调查访问等研究方法,对我国主要省会城市健身行业中健身指导员的发展及现状进行了调查与分析,认为当前有关管理部门应制订相关的行业规范和法规;推行和实施健身指导员专业培训及资格考核鉴定制度;打破以往直接支付的工资回报方式;加强健身健美操指导员后备人才的培养和梯队建设,并在此基础上提出了可尝试推行的管理模式。

Abstract:Employing the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper has carried on an investigation on aerobic instructors' development and present situation in the main cities of China.And then it draws the conclusion that the current relative administrations should draw up the related profession standards,laws and regulations,meanwhile carry out the specialized training and qualifications examination systems for aerobic instructors,break the previous direct way to pay the wages of return,and enhance the echelon construction of the future talented people for fitness or aerobic instructors.Finally it proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in this foundation.
